I have 80 doors, fenders, grill, valence and bed (all original) on my 80 truck....... pretty unusual eh?

I did build an 85 truck from just about every year from 84 to 89 once they all fit.

OK then, what is the range of years that share the same doors? I am going junking tomorrow and am planning to pick up a set.

All dorrs are the same as long as they are from the same generation.  ie. 79-83, 84-88 (84-89 on runners), 89-95 1/2 (again 90-95 1/2 for runners)  2x or 4x it doesnt matter. they will bolt right on.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

2x or 4x? Whatcha mean?

WHITE_TRASH

2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive.  The only actual difference between all those doors is that 2 door runners have an extra door handle on the passenger door so its easier for the rear passenger to open the door.  Otherwise they are identicle.
