 :driving: hey wassup everyone  brandon from washington i have an 84 fj60 landcruiser no mods yet except rhinod the interior and camo paint job and 31in mud kings had 29in thornbirds put the truck to low though plan on getting the extreme lift kit adn try to stuff soem 35in boggers or thornbirds under it and the dual transfer case kit. i also have a ford 74 f100 with a 390 in it and has 31s on it not lifted yet.  ill get some pics for you guys  :burnout:

well im native american but i live in the country about 60 miles form the closest wallmart or mall. bout 15miles from thenearest gas station. i live pretty close 2 fruitland hunters and wellpinit.

I seen that you have a cruiser :thumbs:
I also have a cruiser for my daily driver.
If your building the cruiser up for wheelin then

thanks for the welcome guys and thanks for the site no power  its hard to find stuff for the fj60 im  kinda building it up have 1 other project rig too i think its a 86 pickup gonna leave the cab on it and make a flatbed dont know if i want to leave the ifs on it and also  custom the front end with roll bars around the motor and bolt on sheet metal but have it easy to take all of it off so i can work on the motor easily.  gonna get soem 4 byin pics for you guys today of my fj60 it rained last night hopefully find soem mud if not i got soem hills to climb but there getting boring climbed them to many times allready.

cant find my 4byin crew dont have nobody to take pics for me :sad2:  and also my mom took off with the digital cam i have my video cam but i dont know how to put that on here .     hey  no power did you say you use an fj60 for a daily driver? how do you get better gas mileage out of it what did you have to do. i only get around 6 miles a gallon and 2 1/2 in 4wd  ive tried everything on it well everything i can think of and i only have 31s on it so that shouldnt suk to much power out of it. it does have the 6 cylinder 2f in it though but still it should get better gas mileage. thankls for any info on that.

lol   thanks uncle 4x4  i couldnt get ay pics yesterday my clutch went out on me i followed the line that goes off of the master cylinder and i have a pretty bad leak coming out of a rubber housing might just put a clamp on it and see how that works.

No Power

Those cruisers don't get that great of gas mileage however you should be
getting better than 6mpg.
I drive a 1992 fj80 as a daily driver. (12-15mpg)
I used to have a fj60 but the frame had too much rust so I sold it.
The first things I would do is Toyota factory parts
spark plugs
spark plug wires
dis.cap and rotor
air filter
check for exhaust leaks or problems
also check out the carb and make sure it's tuned correctly.
That should be a good start for ya.

thank you  im custom ghetto fabbing a snorkel for it i have a k  n airfilter im putting on the end of it i took the other air filter off of it it was dirty as hell hard to find a air filter for the stock part  thanks for the help and info.
