good stuff! are ya gonna paint the exo, or powder coat it?

im sorry but unless the exo was a bolt on system how do you plan in it being powder coated???   rattle can i hear works wonders
Im an OG

Jared

well when you powder coat something, you ground the item or object you will powdercoat.. the paint is electrically charged so when it hits the metal is spreads out evenly leaving a thick even coat that will last longer than paint...   there you go....  any more questions need answering... thats what were here for...   :beerchug:

mabye you should switch your name to blue toyota, or redtoyota, or evn yellowtoyota, then you'd only have to paint one truck   then you can get the .99 a can stuff, that is good

or If you did a base coat of white, and a light red coat, you should :crossed: get pink.    I experimented with color changes with spraypaint in HS, worked pretty well.

like what is it? where do you buy it?

You can't buy powdercoat in the DIY home kit...you have to take it somewhere...
Essentially the charged powder (not paint) is sprayed over the metall part...charge makes it stick, then it is baked in an oven until the powder "melts" and coats the part.

They got tons to choose from at Home Depot.  I think they're a bit cheaper there than at an auto parts store....I know auto parts stores average about $5-$6 a can, but I think you can get the same stuff at Home Depot for like $3-$4.....

have fun with that. i have PS and i still have been in many situations with full leverage on the steering wheel (my ass out of the seat) trying to turn it and nothing is happening. cant wait for hydro assist. then ill laugh.
