In my opinion they are LAME! we don't need to see your picture every time.  This board will end up like other boards that are littered with the same photo we have seen a thousand times and slow download speeds.  Not needed.

The thing I like about this site is it's simple.  The people are folks that have trucks and like to wheel.  No flash and  :bling: needed like many other forums.  I'm on some other forums, and I don't want this one to end up that way..  They have these huge pictures on every post, and everybody does them.  I'm happy with my little avitar, and thats all you see from me.

It's bad enough I clutter it with my stuff for sale, If I threw a picture in there as well posts would be 4' long.

I don't see anything wrong with you advertising your stuff for sale.  That's totally cool and a great idea I might add.

yeah, the words and stuff are no big deal, but when yo ugot massive pictures in your sig, it takes up so much space on the screen, and with dialup, it takes forever to read the posts

You can disable others avatars and sigs in Look and Layout Preferences in your profile.

Toecutter you are the only one paying attention, I sure wasn't.  You can choose not to have avatars, signatures, etc. in your layout.  :burnout:

I'm happy with my little avitar, and thats all you see from me.

I'm happy with your avatar too, gotta love exotic bikes I could never afford to ride.  And tocutter, thanks for pointing it out, I only found that out recently myself.
