frame reinforcements needed?

for a 1994 4runner with ifs suspension and maybe 2-3 inch of lift I was wondering if frame reinforcements are needed because I found out from the bumper and winch manufacturer that the front bumper is about 190 pounds and the winch is about 70 pounds. Just wanted to know if anyone out there has experience with frame issues like cracking or breaking when using heavy front bumper and winch with no frame reinforcements with ifs suspension? and if it is recommended then what brands or products are out there that you all recommend for frame reinforcements since all of the ones I have seen online are for sas swaps not ifs
