3VZE pouring smoke after Fuel Injector replacement

I am out of ideas on what could be wrong. I have an 89 4runner with the 3.0. 250K mi. I just replaced all the fuel injectors and some brittle vacuum lines. Prior to this it ran fine aside from the typical slow and sluggish behavior of a 3.0. I don't think the injectors had ever been replaced so I went for it. I got some remanufactured injectors from Rockauto, just like the stock ones I took out. I was very careful to clean and make sure nothing got in the intake and to put all the vacuum and other hoses back where they belong. Immediately on starting it was rough,sputtering and massive clouds of blue and white smoke coming from the exhaust. I have reset the ECM, rechecked all the vacuum and no leaks at intake. The idle has smoothed considerably but the smoke won't stop.

There are two things that have my attention. One, I had to bypass the bvsv because the bayonets broke off, but I read that shouldn't be an issue and will simply continuously purge the vapors from the charcoal can into the intake and not wait til the engine is hot, so I really don't think that is causing this. Two, while I had the engine down for this job, after a couple days the brake fluid in the reservoir disappeared somewhere almost completely gone, it isn't on the floor so I suspect it went into the brake booster. The vacuum line is near the top of the booster tho, so I can't imagine the level inside there is high enough to suck it into the intake, however I have had to refill it quite a bit since I got it running again, so maybe.

Anyone else have this smoke issue after replacing injectors??? Or maybe had the brake fluid make its way to the intake?
