Transmission bell housing identification help

I have a 85 pickup that is OM617 swapped with what I have been told is a R150 from an 88-89 3.0 4Runner. When I got it the clutch rattled with the pedal out. It sounded like the throwout bearing was going to explode. I replaced the clutch and throw out bearing and must've bought the wrong one. I had two bearing and choose the shorter of the two when assembling. It still rattles with the clutch out. The swap is from doomsday and they say to match the throwout bearing to the bell housing. Is there any kind of measurements to ensure which bell housing I have. The r150 looks to be a 2wd trans and the r150f looks to be be 4wd. Are they the same transmissions just 2wd and 4wd?? Any help is appreciated.
