4wd not working

Hey guys, what's up?

I'm writing from Brazil. I've got a CJ5 with a 22RE engine from a '94 4Runner, along with the matching transmission and chain-drive t-case (forward style).

About 2 years ago I snapped the rear driveshaft and replaced it. Had some issues after that and ended up leaving the Jeep parked for a while. Last week I finally took it back out for some wheeling, and found out 4WD isn't working. It's not an ADD setup, and when I lifted the Jeep, I saw the front driveshaft isn't spinning at all.

I pulled the t-case, opened it up, and didn't see anything obviously broken inside. Is it possible the case was reassembled wrong at some point? Has anyone run into something like this before?
