Rear window lock

Tailgate won't manually unlock, unless I take the cover off and push the mechanism with my hand. It was working okay until I removed the rear window for tinting, and then cleaned all the mechanisms and lubed them with silicone spray put it back together, it worked great for a couple days and then it seemed like maybe the spray lubricant dried up. What's the best lubricant to use on all the moving parts in the rear window assembly
