I know that Ohio is known for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but I didn't know it is "the Mecca of off-roading"?  :dunno:

I met some guys from Ohio on a past Moab trip (true wheeling Mecca). It sounded like they had some gnarly wheeling, but we're limping a broken rig out of the Golden Spike because the constant stress from the slick rock was too much for their beefy rig with a Detroit front locker. I think the two places have very different wheeling conditions.

Truck Night at Yankee Lake, Brookfield, OH
Now in its 12th year, Truck Night is held on Friday nights from May through August. The 55-acre Yankee Lake property features a 3-mile trail ride with mud and hillclimbs. Three mud pits offer different degrees of difficulty and a chance to win money for those willing to conquer challenges. Truck Night also features a rockcrawl area. A Mega Truck Challenge will be held here in May 2016. The facility features live entertainment in the Yankee Bootlegger Saloon.

Yeah... I think every State can have their own Mecca.

Moab wheeling is different than Arizona wheeling.

California's Dusy Irshim and The Rubicon is very different than the trails in Las Cruces, New Mexico

The snow runn'n that Rapier does in Canada is very different than the high elevation trails in Colorado.

Mexico's Baja wheeling very different than the mud boggin' they love Florida.
