22RE Torque Specs

Hello everyone. Its been a while. I got my 1st gen Runner back on the road finally. After driving it daily for the last 5 months the oil pump started leaking at the seal between the timing cover and pump. Any ideas on a quick fix and does anyone know the torque specs. Im getting conflicting info through google some sites say 9ft-lb some say 14ft-lb and one even claims 18ft-lb. Thank you.
