So my questions start with I'm installing the hi steer on my 81 and will be installing an ifs pump. I was told to move my axle forward to clear the bigger tires. Is there a kit or a write up on how to do this would definitely appreciate it

There's a few. I'm assuming you meant an IFS box, not pump? If you're doing histeer, you're gonna mount the box pretty much as far forward as you can. Moving the axle forward...either change the front hanger, change the springs, drill the spring perches...lots of ways to do it and some are better than others.

Ok thanks I wanna buy the spring set for the front and rear from allpro offroad should I wait till I order them to change the front hanger and mount the ifs box?

I would. It'll be more work in one shot, but you won't be re-doing things 2 or 3 times.

hang the springs, yank the box, work on that mounting, weld it up, bolt it all on.

moving forward is easy, the limiting factor will be the steering box location.  That will need to moved so the drag and tie rod links dont bind
