Under communism I wouldn't be allowed AC in my home. Here in Commiefornia they want us to open our homes to the homeless. Guess I won't be allowed a home either pretty soon. If the end of our civil rights happens, I think one scenario will happen something like this.....

There are approximately 3.5 million real preppers in the USA.  Supposedly 65% of Americans are prepping for natural or man-made disasters.
I would suspect that a level of preparedness would be very minimal for those 65%.

I estimate there are probably about 140 million Americans with their heads planted in a smelly place and don't have a clue what is happening in the world.

When the SHTF happens, shutting off our bank accounts it will happen suddenly.  Like within hours.  We will go to bed with a bank account and a 401K  – next morning we have access to nothing.

Cell phone, land line, and computer internet will be shut down.

That would create a level of civil unrest, rioting and violence like we've never seen in America. Expect a level of unthinkable chaos.

During the take-over, most Americans will roll over and comply with the take-over – too passive to fight.

Some will fight back.  How many?  Most of those that do fight back will be quickly found and killed or taken prisoners by the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Forces,
and specifically Biden's new Domestic Terrorism Unit to confront "anti-authority ideologies". 

There will be some well-armed vigilante bad-a$$ anti-government groups that will do some damage and will likely find some unprotected evil elites to assassinate – perhaps like the boys in the movie Red Dawn.

After enough riots and violence, Martial Law will be imposed. The Feds will demand forfeiture of our firearms and multiple "task forces" will begin confiscating our firearms.

Once the Globalists (Davos and other evil company) have complete control of most of the population, the Great Reset and the New World Order will begin.

Rationing will begin to keep a certain population and age group alive.  Beyond that... God only knows!!

Seriously though, Mars would not be a good candidate for colonization without a magnetosphere. The planet may have had an atmosphere and water before the core solidified and allowed the suns winds to blow it all away. Trying to melt the core and rebuild an atmosphere would render the planet useless or just destroy it altogether. That's my take. Well... I'm not overly worried, but I'm prepared for possible criminal activity.

I have surveillance video cameras outside and inside my home.

Casa Grande has Border Patrol offices here, so the illegals don't really like to hang around here.

BUT... since 2006 we have had 3 incidences of escalated criminal activity right in our neighborhood. 

The first one, the 25 or 30 Border Patrol and Sheriff Deputies were all over our subdivision in the middle of the day.  They captured one of the perps IN OUR BACKYARD!  2 illegals with firearms, held up a guy and stole his truck in the subdivision right next door to us.

The other 2 incidences involved 20 or 30 Border Patrol and local Sheriff's Deputies with a helicopter hoovering over our street and their flood light searching the backyards of our neighbors and ours, and the entire subdivision for over 2 hours.

We figured the authorities wanted those perps REALLY badly.

The officers were going door to door to check our backyards. Those two incidences happened in the early morning hours.

I had my cordless hole puncher cocked and locked and in my hand.  My Panther had a 30-round Magpul loaded with 223 Hornady V-Max, just in case some moron was stupid enough to try to break into my house.

So..... that's the way it is living here in the wild wild West!
