Bumper to hold a winch and tow bar to flat tow 86 4runner

Anyone know of a front bumper that will accommodate a winch and a tow bar so I can flat tow my 86 4runner behind my RV.   Any kits available?

Any aftermarket bumper designed to hold a winch, like the ARB, should be capable of having a tow bar attached to it for flat towing, depending on the type of tow bar used

Don't know if you found something but I have a Badlands front bumper with a Warn 8000 mounted. I also have D-ring points on it to flat tow.  Haven't flat towed it yet but getting it set up.  Looks great, very heavy duty,  different stinger options available.  Provided a nice approach angle improvement and the winch is hardly visible.
