Tillamook State Forest offers some decent wheeling.

Ok, go out side and look North.  Now turn 90 degrees to the right....no, the other right.  See those mountains?  That's where you want to go.  There is lots of wheeling to be had on the coast range.  Down south of you it's like one solid wheeling adventure between Roseburg and the coast.
I swear by my life, and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

here's a link to the Tillamook state forest OHV
www.oregonbushhackers.org/maps/tsfmapa.html

you can get a map from the state forestry dept. on east 3rd st. in tillamook, and it's waterproof, so you won't spill your  on it!  They have gone to great length to produce a high quality map.  Very detailed.  It has the trails listed for difficulty, all trails are one way travel, and some are for motorcycles, quads, trucks, horses or all of them!  The state takes time to maintain them, the maps and trails!!  The map is very cool to have.  My wifes cousin works for Marlin and he was very impressed on the detail they had in the map!  We didn't have a running 4x4 when he was up last time or I would have taken him there!
If you ever get to Bend, they have a couple areas just southeast that has some areas dedicated to offroading, not very big but kinda cool for just messing around, if ya ever over there and have an hour or so to kill!  Hope this helps out!

Blue Screamer

Theres Blue ridge around the coos bay area, theres some narly trails there, alot of steep hill climbs, but theres also some easier ones theres pretty much any level's of trails there. There's also a trail in winchester bay not sure how long it is but when wet its pretty slick and pretty hard but not like narly or anything, not expected to roll or any body damage or anything but what i have finished  its fun, let me know what u have and i can let u know where there some trails in ur level in the Or.
