Image resizing app for phones?

I have the iphone 5s and it doesn't allow the option to take smaller pics.  They come out so big I cannot post pics to this or other forums.

Anybody have experience with a good free photo resizing app?

I've been using imgur. It works but I have to put the img code before and after to post a picture. I miss how photobucket worked so easily.

Thought of that but was hoping for an app that just resizes pics as I take them or is easy to edit without going online
