it seems you're already running RUF or TG, i can't really tell. but I will give you my lil canned response based on what I've heard and researched. I'm running chevs in the rear and stock fronts that are in really good shape arch wise. If I had to do it again, I'd leave the rear springs rear hanger in the stock location and make shackles long enough to reach.

if you want the flex, a lot of guys go chevy 63s and RUF, (chevy springs in the rear, rear springs to the front, front springs in the garbage). it's very cheap, chev springs were like 50 bucks for both at the "u pull it" yard. I got pretty lucky as I found the perfect donor truck (right year and 2wd) with the rear axle already taken out too. Arizona so no rust, just turn wrenches.

if you want to go a big step up (in price), Skys Offroad Design offers basically a redesigned toyota rear spring, that is made for the front with asymmetrical arch to match the Toyota front axle without having to weld in 3/8th inch plate (the front springs have more arch on the drivers side, the rear springs are symmetrical). They move the axle forward 3 inches, which keeps the tires out of the firewall and also gives a better approach angle

I haven't done anything to my front springs yet because steering is 500 dollars and springs are 500 dollars that that's half the purchase price of my truck :gap:  and as far as the all pro springs go, my dad's 4runner has 4 inch allpros all around. they flex good but the truck is set up to ride on bumps almost. The all pros are a really good choice and everyone I've talked to who is wheeling a junker like me says chevys and RUF, or all pros.

here's the 4runner with 4 inch all pros CLICK HERE
my friends old 4runner with 63s and front all pros CLICK HERE
here's my turd parked on a probably a 6 inch berm on the road, notice the lack of droop with the shackle angle. 63s and stock fronts CLICK HERE

What do you mean you have 4" rears all the way around? An aftermarket set of 4" lift springs all the way around or just added leaves to stock springs? I've done it quite a few ways. My favorites to date was a set of 2nd gen 4runner rears with 2 leaves added from a set of 3"lift yj springs. Rides great, flexes like crazy and very minimal (maybe 3") lift.
