Extreme OffRoad magazine
« on: Apr 04, 2005, 09:47:05 PM »
I subbed to the Magazine right after Christmas, and got the Nov/Dec 2004 issue in early January.  Haven't received an issue since- anyone else having this problem?  It's only $20, but that could have gone to some gas for the trailrig....

Hell I partied and wheeled with everyone from the mag minus the main photographer (Brandon) this past weekend.  Great group of guys (and gals) to be around.  It is still being shipped as I type, if you dont get it in the next week or so Ill make sure you get a copy very soon.

Same here we had a ball when Tim and Brandon came out this way for the Peak Empire article in the first issue. I think there comming out again in June to ride with us again.

I think the mag is only 6 issues a year but the two Ive got are way better than I ever thought they would be. Brandon is one Hell of a photographer.

The truck that rolled was the yellow 1st gen that was parked next to yours on saturday afternoon.  I had the white 3rd gen x-cab.

Hell yea its worth $20!  Especially if you like rock crawling.  There is great real world tech and an amazing amount of comp and trailride coverage.  The photography is awesome as the main photographer is a suicidal nutcase with no regard for his won life, Ive seen him get jump right into the fall line for a shot when I was taking a step back for my own safety.  billavista has great tech articles that are very informative and OG (Old Green) is a true to life character that does the back page editorial type writeup.  You can subscribe at www.xormag.com  I highly recomend it.

Yep. If you guys have any problems contacting Tim, WT or I can get things taken care of. He's busy so be patient.

Is it worth $20? I'd pay $50 for it. It's 3 times the size of any other Offroad mag, two hundred times better and there is really nothing that compares. You'll see alot more trail stuff filtering it too. Lots more tech, Billavista style!
