88 toyota 22re power loss when on incline

I'm needing some help I have bought my first toyota about two weeks ago it ran fine its a 1988 toyota puck up with 31s its got about a 4" lift but anyway im losing major power when going up anytype of incline at all ive changed the plugs the wires and distributor look newer and it just started losing power

 :welcome: first off. secondly there is a few things i would recommend for you check the fuel filter, check that all 4 injectors are firing they may be clogged, check the throttle body, could even be some water in the fuel tank. there is tons of possibilities you need to start small like the gap of the plugs and move forward plenty of guys here to help.
