I make myself one large espresso every morning. I buy the coffee from COSTCO fresh out of the roaster they have in the store. Good enough for me.

Anyway I told the lady that he quit smoking last week to I had to give espresso as a compromise.

Nice!  My friend researched what kind of coffee he wanted to sell when he bought his coffee shop and landed on Noble.  When he contacted them they said they only allow you to sell their coffee if you come to their place and go through some training and can prove you're passionate about good coffee.

Coffee was delivered yesterday. One was roasted on 9/11 and the other 9/12 so three and four days fresh. I have not heard a report on it yet today.

That didn't quite wake me up enough so I thought I would do some coffee lines...

Besides the phosphoric acid and carbonic acid content, the pH of soda pop is about 3,000 times more acidic than the normal pH of human blood.  Fortunately, our body has an incredible way of maintaining homeostasis. Your blood has a very narrow pH level - 7.35 to 7.45.  Outside of that range, could cause death.
