Goodbye old friend!!

Well, ever since I got my truck many moons ago, I have been trying to sell my old 22RTE that came with it.  I never really advertised it, just word of mouth mostly.  But ever since I pulled it, it has been wrapped up and stuffed under the work bench.  Well, I reached out to a local kid on a FB group about some parts he had listed.  As it turns out, he was trying to get ahold of me, since he heard I had a 22RTE motor. 

I told him, you want it, you have to buy it ALL!  Because people only wanted the exhaust, and associated piping.  Never the whole motor.  He wanted everything. 



I informed him that I thought about building it up, BUT, to do it right would have taken alot of Benjamins.  Which I don't have. 

I sold it for $500.  I made him a deal, and he was happy.  And I am happy! 



So here is one last look at her as she awaited her new home!

I had one also that I sold, I still have a turbo ecm that I need to sell if I ever remember to do that lol.

I don't think so.  I just found out from a old friend, that he plans on putting it on a 1st gen crawler w/2rz.  I told him last night that the CT26 was a better turbo.  But oh well, its gone, and I have $500 in my pocket.

Heck, I have a ct26 and a bunch of ct20s sitting in a bin in the back
