8 to 6 lug adapters 200$ located in ventura ca.... send dm for pics... right now using them on my yota to run H1 rims... i had the adapter front adapters machined to fit around the locking hubs ... no issues with adapters.. i have all the lugs for them too..

amazon is 149$ pair... you need 2 pairs.. (4)... and i had the 2 front bored out to fit over yota hub... that was 120 alone to have a machine shop do it...
