R154 gears interchangeability?
« on: Feb 29, 2016, 04:59:20 PM »
I've read somewhere that the r series gears are interchangeable. Was wondering if this is true. It seems r150 gears are easy to come by but r154 gears are difficult to search for. I purchased an r154 from a forum guy and it came with chipped gear teeth on 5th and secondary 5th. And maybe reverse. If any one has one to sell that would be convenient also. Thank you.

Not having personal experience in the matter, I was able to find some info on "R" series gearboxes...

Loads of info and pics are still good...
