 :thumbdown: i need to know how to set my harness up for the motor swap its a 84 22r goin in to the old 84 22r spot but idk how to do the harness any diagrams labeling the exact what pug is what thanks for the help

Most the time the harness will fall into place, if you know the basics, just lay it out, a fsm or even a clymer or Haynes manual may help

the harness shouldn't be leaving the body, just disconnect the old one.... swap the motor in and reconnect the stuff.... most of the plugs fall within inches of where they are supposed to be, and most of them are for a certain purpose, so they have their own, keyed connectors, you want have like a male and female bullet, they will have a match to them.....


if it helps, you can label both sides befroe you disconnect them, then just identify where that same plug is on the new motor

K motor swap went good as can be but now when I drive it wants to die out in third 1st is good 2ond is good but when I shift to third it wants to sputter then go randomly any help ??? :thumbdown:
