What type of fluids/amounts for w56, ifs front diff, and 8" rear?

I'm sure I could find it if I searched, but I'm in a pinch.  Can anyone help direct me to the info?  Also, what types of trans fluids do people run?  I know in DSMs there is a wide range, Redline/Snychroshift/Syncromesh etc.

80w90 gear oil, fill till full, buy it in the 5 gallon bucken, and get a hand pump to go on the top, its not cheep, but its well worth it
