Thats the way all the new ones are now, well the cheaper ones. The extra lines that need capped off, the radiator is designed for either a automatic or manual transmission. Since autos need to be plumbed to the internal cooler.
What I would do, is go to your local Napa, Carquest, and get one for the V6 out of a 88 Toy. Bigger and bolts right up. And just plug the auto lines in the bottom. Or get the 86/87 Turbo model radiator, and cap off bottom and top lines.
