Help with webber carburetor vacuum line!

Im running a webber carburetor on my 84 Runner so now I had a little problem, motor are shake all the time I try to move the distributor don't see improve, 
Pic bellow is my advance setup and motor shake it a lot, distributor line to carburetor advance and all intake port are plug !!


Next pic Bellow I move the distributor advance line to one of the intake port and one from intake port to the carburetor advance and the engine run smooth, 
this is the  Rigth set up?

If it runs better the second way, then its golden then!!

Engine run better lot better just Need setup the timing!

my vac line comes right off the port out of the side of the carb.... 
Those are some huge welds!

and that second picture with it running right confuses me.... is that vac switch manifold vac? or is it just an in and out....i cant remember (i literally only have one vac line on my rig and it runs awesome), but if its manifold vac you shouldn't run it to your carb...
