Trailors
« on: Feb 07, 2022, 03:18:18 PM »
Who has an enclosed Trailor? I'm looking for a somewhat small one that would be tall enough to walk into if possible.  I've seen Aluma and they seem  nice but The website doesn't show what I'd like.  This is for my tsunami get out/ survival gear.

The place that sold them says they don't have the Aluma anymore.  They have none...Covid.  Shipping kills all deals here.  I think the best route is to build my own.

i'll make my own if I can't find one.  I wanted aluminum but it looks like I have to go with wood.  Primer.  primer.  Paint and paint.

I love the smell of salt air in the morning ( or is that napalm?)    :gap:

easy enough to make one out of wood. I did it for a cross country move a couple years ago with a 2x4 skeleton, a bunch of sheets of 7/16" OSB, and about 300 screws. Wood sealant or paint on the wood and seal up the seams with silicone and it's water tight. It was cheap when I did it, but with wood prices now it's probably double what I paid to do it
