what do you mean in rough shape. how much would you take for the block and would you ship the block.

no shipping....one of the belts is bent ...looks like somebody dragged it out of a junkyard with a tractor ...no dirt just scratches mostly ...leaking a little oil out the top from a hose...if you turn it over ..not the filler>are you on the east coast
