Hello all,
It is great to be here. Looking for some insight into the world of Driveline. Just replaced my clutch on my 04 Tacoma 4x4 with a "6 puck" style clutch and all that goes with. It shakes like heck in first and second. It also seems to sound like the Throw-out bearing is bad, but I think it is the input shaft bearing. 110,000 miles. R150f, 31" tires. Is this shake normal...the shake has not changed at all. It is bad all of the time. Could this be driveline slop?

I don't think it would be the drive line...esp if it only happens in first and second gear???

Are you sure that you propperly tightened the clutch? I beleive if it's your drive line, it would shake or vibrate every gear.

by the way,  :welcome:

Thanks for all of your input. I have decided to replace the new clutch disc with a stock (conventional ) one.
I'll let you know what happens.
