can you ID this birf????

was pulling apart an axle and thought these didnt look stock but I dont know what they are

here pics, all that is on the bell is the number  40-1020      what do you think??

the pirate guys are thinking stock, but it looks a little odd to me to be stock, I'm not sure

its possible that they can be 4340 Chromoly Birfield but that's just a thought

 i would say aftermarket,  to well machined ( finished) to be stock production.

I have seen them 2 other times.
I actually have a pair of them right know.

I think there old school replacements.
gotta be better than stock.

YUP aftermarket replacement... prob nothing special. i have never heard of the brand (Autotech engineering) out of Fontana california

however they are considerably inexpensive for what looks like a birf and a inner shaft... i can get em for 45$ with a 25$ core... really never thought bout it, but i am kind of surprised you can get these still.... lol
