I hate shipping tires. It's so damn expensive. I may be able to bring them to the Sacramento area. It'll be cheaper for you to meet me there than shipping.

He probably means the dot numbers, when they were produced.  As long as these were made on or after 2000, the last numbers will be 4 digits, prior to that is 3.

I'll look into this but it won't be until October. I did just move to Bako, late April. When I took the job there they said I could be moving up here. Then kinda out of the blue they said I was to leave permanently in one week . Now I'm scrambling to find a place for me to live that I can afford.
