i would take the master back. they may given you the wrong part. i forget which master cylinder it is(4cyl, v6, ifs, solid, etc), but there is one that has a shorter throw than the others and it doesn't push far enough.
Have someone watch the slave cylinder while you pump the clutch to see if the slave is getting a full throw.
So i got it fixed it was the clutch pedal bracket that was broken so it wasnt depressing it was just the bracket flexing i pulled it out welded it back and it was all better who would have thought
