possibly the valve cover gasket or the half moon plugs

That much oil all over the front and bottom of the engine leads me to believe its a front main seal or a oil pump o ring bad since the harmonic balancer will sling it everywhere like that.

From the front, it's probably the front oil seal.

Wash off the engine and then check again.

Only use Toyota OEM on a 22r or it will be leaking again really soon.........

22RE s front seals are really easy to replace from below.....

Ok thank a lot guys. I call my Dad, that it what boiled it down to was one of the seals . The one bad thinf I am living in yellowstone np so I can only do minimal repair work in the parking lot . When he arrives on Friday we are gonna take a closer look and hopefully get it fixed to last me three more months until Nov . Then it is time to go up for sell ... To much work for tralver liike me who is out on the road so much ..

If you're lucky, you can do it in the parking lot..........

Remove the skid plate and work from below.  (looks like it's already removed)

Hopefully your pulley is like mine, once you remove the crank bolt, it pulls right off without a gear puller...........
