I have one Doug Thorley Header for a 22r. It has the air injection and O2 Sensor for CA vehicles. Here is the link to the product.

Its used, but i believe it was the chrome version. I will try to clean it up as best i can before selling I can still see my case in some parts.

Update:
Contacted Doug Thorley, it is a smog legal 22r header. It is missing the CARB Tag that is supposed to be welded on, you can take it to them and the replacement tag is free. That is what they told me when i called this morning.

Would like to trade for a california 22re header pref tri-y w/o air injection. Ive been told its worth around 200 used. That is the price I'm shooting for. Not posing on CL as of yet, letting my marlin friends have first stab at it.

let me know if anyone wants it, as said before I'm in clovis/fresno.

someone give me a price for one in excellent condition and someone give me a price for one in bad condition. I know how much they are new, just don't know what they go for used... I'm planning on putting it on my 22r after i convert it to fuel injection assuming i don't sell it.

I paid $250 for a new one, so I wouldn't want to pay more than $120 for a used one. I'll be in Fresno at the end of the month, well next month.

Dude, the R and RE headers are functionally the same. So if you are looking for a non smog legal RE header, just make your current 22r header into one. Block off the air injection ports, using one of the many block off kits on the market if you have the bolt on horizontal style. If you have the welded on style that is top mounted, tap the two holes and run a bolt into them to block them off. Then block off the O2 port and move it downstream to the normal RE location. Done deal. Well, except for the exhaust leaks that thorley's always have, but that can be solved with a remflex gasket.

I thought about that. it needs to be smog legal though. thus why i didnt weld up the holes and move the o2 port.

and sorry i didn't post earlier, i was doing research to find out what header this was. Was sold to me as a Downey header. Took me a while to find Jim and ask him about it. I didn't want to not know what i was selling.
