Topic: relocating power steering box

so ive been reading about guys moving there steering box forward on SAS'd toys but everything i read doesnt tell me why they did it in the first place, so can any one can point me in the right direction or an answer why they moved it

Never heard of anyone moving the pump but guys move the box forward to keep steering angles correct when they move the axle forward. It keeps the tie rod and drag link from interfering with each other and it keeps them parallel so there's no bump steer.

sorry thats what i meant the steerin box ok thanks, i have a death wobble would that get rid of it if i move the box forward? thanks

lot of it is in the tie rod and drag link being parralell with each other.
