my brother in law is selling his cherrokee.....for 4000, and wants to get a toyota.......he is looking for one around 1000. so he has 3000 to play with, what should he do first?

Best bang for the buck is to have him read $300 in the projects section.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Ill have to agree with White on that...only if your brother dosent feel like RedNeck Rigging :yupyup: But what ever he does dont let him BUY a lift they are pretty much wortless
