Hi, saw your post for a 4 spd tranny. What is it out of and what kind of condition?

I am in Fremont CA. It is out of a 79 4x4 truck. It is my understanding that it would go in a 79 or 80 4x4 with no issue. The tranny turns and shifts.The whole time that I have had it I have kept it in the garage.

It's not sold yet... He hasn't contacted me in two weeks. As far as I am concerned it is still for sale.

might be a good idea to put it up on pirate, as there's been some interest in doing a dual tranny setup. the L43 '79-80 4 speed is often considered a candidate because it's got a removable bellhousing and rear t-case adapter(the actual tranny is only like 9" long!)
