Topic: Motor Swap help

I have an 85 pickup and i replaced my 22r with a 22re. I finally got it running but when i get on the gas it runs like . I checked the timing and its right on. The guy i bought all the parts from said that the motor is out of an automatic truck and the wiring harness and computer is from a manual. Could this be a problem? Also if anyone has some spare fuel injection parts i could try out on my motor that would be very helpful. Im in clovis/fresno.

what yr is the harness? ive got a set of 85 injectors.  they will only work for 85 22re harnesses.

The wiring harness came from an 86 4runner i think.

I switched the water temp sensor out and now it runs really good for about thirty seconds then it starts running really bad again. Any ideas??
