Its gonna be a DD for a while so I'm not going to get to crazy. First I need to get a new exhaust, it leaks at all the joints, and it looks like theres a leak where the engine and tranny join.

After that I'll move onto the suspension and steering. I'll prolly get one of Marlins spring lift kits. Upgrade the axles b/c everything is still original and both diffs are open right now. Obv some armor. And hopefully upgrade the drivetrain.

Theres a little over 250k on the truck but the engine was rebuilt about 20k ago. I'm trying to decide what I should do first.  :dunno:
BRake upgrade
Steering (hysteer)
Suspension (MC 4" springs)

Its my DD so I can't be down to long and I'm unemployed at the moment so I dont wanna run the CC's up to high.

If I could do it over I would do the brakes & the steering bc they both suck :reg: . Then do the lift  :yesnod:

It looks like there is a lot of grease leaking from the birf on the driver side. so I'm thinking I need a knuckle rebulid kit or is this something else?

the way to prevent the oil from leaking out of the knuckle ball is getting those marlin HD axle seals. they work great and keep basically all the oil from leaking out.

i have the same problem with my axle,, it doesnt bug me that grease is coming out but i want to make sure there is grease(and not water or anything else) in it,, if i just keep it greased good, should that be ok?

Did you have to trim your fenders to fit the 35s?
