coolant line for '87 22rte

looking for part # 16027 in this diagram, full toyota part #16027-35010 is discontinued and no one has any in stock. the pipe broke off when i was changing out the rubber line...

can you weld it back together? sure that it is discontinued? i can still easily find parts for my old 22r..... contact awillis@lithia.com and see what he says
