When a friend rolled his '87 we just used a high-lift jack and some wooden blocks to push the roof up to a reasonable level where we could fine tune it with hammers.  The windshield guy was having so much fun watching us pound it out that he didn't seem to mind the extra time it took to fit it a few times to get it right.  That was 2 years ago and it is still in place much to my surprise.

I have never seen a yota cab too mangled to get a windshield back into the frame....  I bought a rolled first get and with some high lift and sledge hammer antics got a windshield back into it and first gens have a gasket which makes it a real bugger compared to later era's...

NCT, you can make a stock windshield fit again with a little work. Be patient and you will get it. Oh, and make your brother do most of the work since its his fault anyways.

i bought one of these, but have yet to put it in. you can cut it with a jig saw to get it to work better for you windshield frame.

i dont know if they have your exact model, but im pretty sure you can get them to cut out different size pieces.

Oh dude, now that I see pics of it I say you can definitely fix it.  The one I mentioned above was way worse than that and we did it in a bit more than an hour.  It's easier than you think.  Go for it...  :yesnod:

Oh yeah, and if it was your brothers fault be sure to make him provide any sweat required.  :slap:

Thats an EASY fix..   highlift and a hammer that'll take glass once again with no problems.  Remember your glass is glued in so any gaps just get more urethane. :gap:

Blake,  pull the headliner down,  take a hammer and a hilift  with some wood blocks so it doesnt distort  and  BOOM

pull the old windshield out  and make a  cardboard replica of it  to  check for fit  and  get that thing fixed
