84 pickup original springs

i was wondering what to do about my suspention, i bounce around like im on a trampoline. Does this mean the springs are to stiff or are to soft let me know.

if it's a harsh jar then too stiff. lots of movement and bounce might be worn out shocks. mine are to stiff ( beats the hell out of me on the rough) but handles like a sports car on the curves and rides good with a load of wood in the back.

check your shocks.   
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
