With my 350 I run a Affco aluminum radiator 2 core.  I just measured my space went down to a local race car parts store told them what I was doing and the space I had to work with.  The radiator I have works great!  I also run two 10" electric fans.  I think this summer I might put some louvers in the hood just to drop the temp a small amount.  Truck runs about 210 in the summer and about 170 in the winter.
