they flex well, I had a set of them on my truck when I first finished it. I swapped with for toy rears but used the same yj springs pack and just the top 2 leafs from the toy rear to move the front out.

I have some 1 1/2" YJ springs I was going to use on my SAS but they turned out to short with the Marlin Crawler SAS hanger because it pushes the front hanger forward.

In the factory location the springs should work fine, I heard they flex well but do not know first hand.

depends on the shaft and how much travel you get out of them. You may have to modify your driveshaft. hysteer is always a plus on anything. they flex great although I said that already

I have the same thing and even though I havent been on much rocks yet I really like them and their performance.

The only reason I went with toy rears was to move the axle forward for driveshaft angle. But I was happy with the Yj's when I ran them

I was wondering if you need the front YJ springs or rear or are they the same length, there is a set near me for sale, brand new but stock height for a YJ I was wondering if they would workon my 83.  Any info?

I believe they are the same both front and rear. maybe the spring rates are different but then again I'm not positive. as far as stock springs. You might have to make your own pack that'd give you a little bit of lift. I'm not sure how much stock yj's will lift your rig

Keep in mind also that stock YJ is spring under and you will run them spring over. If you are after little lift stock would probally be killer.

I just bought a rig with YJ springs on it.  They are shaped like an "S"  :(  I didn't do the damage so I don't know that it was the springs fault.  Just make sure you have bump stops set up right.

If you put stock YJ springs on the front of a 84 PU does it provide any lift? I have a set of brand new never mounted 0'' lift springs for a YJ and i am thinking about putting them on the front of my 84 and am wondering what the pros and cons of running these springs are.
