it's not their fault, you should have measured. you can't just assume 14" hoops are going to work with 14" shocks.
it worked on my sami that way, because I could position the hoop any way i wanted and had plenty of spring lift. were you suprised when if you had no body lift the hoops wouldn't fit without cutting the aprons?
this is not a customer service issue. this is a supposed fab guy that needs to know with custom suspension, the lift and hoops go on, then the shocks get ordered after measuring.
you are even on their rivals website and not getting much sympathy.
