Topic: 4runner buzzing after being ran

my 4runner is a 96 5vz and sometimes when i shut her down, there is a buzz that sounds like its coming from the vacuum canister on the driver side behind the battery.  is this normal? any replies would be appreciated. thanks

is it a pulsating buzz? had a buddy with a 96 3rz taco that did that, Toyota told him it was the vacuum crap and that it was normal. Its done that since 2000 and ya i don't think its normal but its seams like a problem this the vacuum stuff from 96

hmm...

I've never had any issues with electrical or vacuum and even when the battery disconnected it still does it.

Next time it does it try taking off the gas cap for a minute and see if the buzzing stops.
