 :dunno: i dont see the problem.where im at its no biggy. being a inspector i found a lot of loopholes around the test. then again where im at no tailpipe or dyno testing. the only reason it was brought back was pa highwa finances was going to be shut down from feds if no back in action on the im tests.i know we started doing tests 4 weeks after deadlne cause machine was on back order. most techs i know really beleive the test we doing is a joke.
