Anyone know about the Louisiana emissions test in parishes that require it?  I'm assuming on the '82 that I need to collect the missing pieces for a visual inspection?  Is there a tailpipe test after that? Wondering how this works. Thanks!

Check your states Vehicle Code, that should tell you what you are asking!!
