crawl is cool, i wouldn't buy from Toyota owners ever again.  i have gotten one issue in the year that i have subscribed.  they keep sending me cd's when i tell them not too.  they say that there must be something wrong with my address or the post office is hold my mail.  well, i am getting all my mail but that magazine.  i get all the others.  they won't send me back issues either.  have written a number of email's to them, only half have been replied too.  but they won't write back to me anymore.  so basically i got 1 issue and then 2 cd's that i didn't want for $20.
LOL I just got an email back, not 5 minutes after I posted to the mag.. I can call them for the latest issue!
I tried doing the same with the Toyota Owners mag and never heard back from them.

Hey peeps,
Dave is a stand up guy, if you ever have a problem, he is more than willing to take care of it. He personally answers the magazine's emails, it isn't to say that once in while he can miss an email. I called him and let him know that some of you have had subscription problems, so will he will try to resolve them for you, or contact you regarding these problems.

Roger that, and thanks Rok. Email me and let me know what is up. It sounds as if issues were lost in the mail and thus CD(s) were sent. Some issues are gone and only available on CD. If we sent a CD out we were trying to at least do SOMETHING to replace an issue that the US Mail lost (grrrr.) The CDs have PDF files on them, one PDF for each page of the magazine. The PDF will be an exact duplicate of what is seen on that page--photos, ads, text. Some are large as a result (20MB), most are about 3-6 MB. They are in fact the exact files we send to the printer, so they are sharp as a razor.

Thanks for your support. We want happy subscribers, so always feel free to email us. Thank you!

Thanks Ron - Dave is indeed a stand-up guy. We've met him the last couple years at MCR5.
It seems my email got lost in the many he recieves.
I got an email from him on Monday asking what issue I needed and he got it in the mail for us yesterday.
